Cost & estimates
How much does a whole-home repipe cost?
It depends on the size of your home, how many bathrooms and fixtures you have, and whether you choose PEX or copper. Because every home is different, we give you one fixed, written price at the free in-home estimate, before any work begins. No ballpark games, no surprises later.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look at your system, and give you a clear price at no cost and with no obligation. If you decide not to move forward, you owe us nothing.
How do I know I am getting an honest price?
Honesty is our whole reputation, and our name. You get one fixed price up front with no hidden fees and no surprise change orders. The same crew that quotes your job is the crew that does it, so nobody is padding the bill.
Do you offer financing?
We can talk through financing options at your estimate. Ask us and we will walk you through what is currently available.
The process
How long does a repipe take?
Most homes are repiped in a single day. The full finish, including patching the walls we opened, usually takes three to four days total.
Will I have water during the repipe?
Your water is shut off only while we work, and it is back on the same evening. You will not spend a night without water.
Do I need to move out?
No. You can stay in your home the entire time. We work around your day and keep the disruption to a minimum.
Will you destroy my walls?
No. We open only the small access points we need to run the new lines, and our own crew patches and textures them afterward. We are careful by habit, not by exception.
Is the job messy?
We mask and protect floors, furniture, and walkways before we start, clean as we go, and leave your home the way we found it.
Materials
PEX or copper, which is better?
Both are excellent when installed correctly. PEX is flexible, fast, resists corrosion, and is usually the better value. Copper is the traditional rigid choice some homeowners prefer. At your estimate we will tell you honestly which fits your home and budget.
What kind of PEX do you use?
Our flagship is the Zurn PEX-B expansion system with 5x better oxidation resistance, F-1960 certified, backed by a 25-year manufacturer material warranty. USA-made.
What about CPVC?
We do not recommend CPVC for repipes. It grows brittle and cracks with age. In Joe’s words, it is the next polybutylene.

We will disclose chain of custody as soon as it’s finalized.
